Is this a good choice of juice if I am on the South Beach Plan?

I feel that the Healthy Balance Juice can be a great addition to any diet. The juice contains 75% less sugar, calories, and carbohydrates than traditional juice cocktails, and has a wide variety of flavors to choose from. According to the South Beach Plan, it is recommended that only coffee, tea and water be consumed during Phase I of the diet. It is generally recommended that those following the South Beach Plan stay away from regular fruit juice because of the high sugar content. However, because Healthy Balance Juices are all low in sugar and calories, I think that they could be good beverage choices if following this diet.
