How Much Exercise is Enough?
Well, you have touched on one of the great myths of exercise, which is that “exercise requires a huge time commitment”. In fact, you can see the benefits of exercise in as little as ten minutes a day. It depends on your goals, but if you are just beginning an exercise program, I recommend that you begin by just increasing your activity by 10 minutes each day. At this point, it doesn’t matter what the activity is as long as you enjoy it.
