What about fiber supplements?
Getting adequate fiber intake can be tricky and it does take some effort and planning. I always suggest that people try their best to get their fiber intake from whole foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc). However, I do know that people lead busy lives and this is not always possible. If a fiber supplement is required to help you consistently reach your fiber goal (20-35 grams per day), then I would recommend a supplement such as Benefiber, or a powder fiber supplement which dissolves 100% into liquids and food.
