What can I do to work my abs?
It sounds to me like you are exercising a lot, but maybe not getting the most out of your exercise. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends exercising on most days of the week for 30-60 minutes depending on your goals. Since you are exercising every day, I would first recommend that you take at least one to two days off during the week. Your body needs to recover from the activity that you are engaging in. Also, you don’t mention the type of exercise you are doing, whether it is cardiovascular or strength, so I would recommend that you begin a strength training program that will incorporate exercise to engage your core muscles. These are the muscles that make up your abdominal and lower back area. Pilates is a great way to work your core muscles. I would incorporate pilates or other core exercises in to your workout program two times per week.
