Banana Spice Smoothie

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • ¾ pint soy milk
  • 1 ½ oz ground almonds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)


  1. Slice the bananas and freeze for at least two hours.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until thick and frothy.
  4. Pour into glasses with a couple ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with ground cinnamon on top.
