Banana Spice Smoothie

*Ingredients:* * 2 very ripe bananas * ¾ pint soy milk * 1 ½ oz ground almonds * pinch of cinnamon * 1 tsp. honey (optional) *Directions:* # Slice the bananas and freeze for at least two hours. # Place all ingredients in a blender. # Blend until thick and frothy. # Pour into glasses with a couple ice cubes. # Garnish with ground cinnamon on top.
