Beef Kabobs

. 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
. 1 Tb reduced-sodium soy sauce
. 1 tp dried oregano
. 3 cloves garlic, minced
. 1/2 tsp salt
. 1/2 tsp black pepper
. 3/4 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into 16(1-inch) pieces
. 16 whole mushrooms
. 1 med. red onion (cut in eighths)


1. Combine vinegar, parsley, soy sauce, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper in a small bowl. stir together.
2. Place steak, mushrooms and onion in a resealable food storage bag. Add vinegar mixture and seal bag. (Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hr.)
3. Preheat grill. Alternate beef, mushrooms and onion on the skewers
4. Coat grill with nonstick cooking spray and arrange skewers on the grill rack. brush with marinade and turn occasionally to cook an even product.
