Blueberry Cocoa Shake

  • 5oz. skim milk or vanilla flavored soy milk
  • 1/8 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • Ice


  1. Place milk, blueberries and cocoa in blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until mixed.
  3. Add ice and continue blending until desired consistency is reached.
