Chicken Teriyaki Stirfry

Teriyaki Marinade:

  • 1 12oz can Old Orchard Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1-2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 cup baby carrots, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds


  1. Mix together all ingredients for marinade.
  2. Marinade chicken for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, turning chicken frequently.
  5. Add vegetables, and sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
  6. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked all the way through.
  7. Serve over a bed of steamed rice.
