Chicken on a Stick

  • Shish kabob skewers
  • Boneless chicken breast or tenders
  • Chunks of pineapple, 1 1/2 – 2 inches


1. Soak skewers in in cold water, if wooden.
2. Cut chicken breast into chunks, 1 1/2 – 2 inches.
3. Take chicken chunks and chunks of pineapple and put on skewers, alternating 5 of each.
4. You can then leave the kabobs plain, or put lite Italian dressing or BBQ sauce on them.
5. Cook on grill or in oven maybe 5-10 minutes (a little longer depending on your oven), until chicken is done.
6. Take chicken and pineapple off of skewers arrange on a plate.
