Fruit Pizza

  • 1 (18-ounce) package refrigerated “slice and bake” cookie dough
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Other seasonal fruit (e.g. kiwi, blueberries, black berries, raspberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple), cut into slices or chunks
  • 1 package sugar-free strawberry pie glaze


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan with cookie dough cut in 1/8-inch slices, overlapping slightly.
  3. Bake 12 minutes or until light brown; remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; spread over cooled cookie crust.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine strawberry glaze and strawberry slices; spread over top of cream cheese.
  6. Arrange fruit over strawberry glaze layer in any design you want (use your imagination).
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
