Grilled Potatoes

  • 6 medium russet potatoes, peeled, if desired, and sliced thinly
  • 1 large white onion, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill on high heat.
  2. Alternately arrange potatoes, onion, and butter slices on large pieces of aluminu foil.
  3. Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley over top.
  4. Tightly seal potatoes in foil, and place on the grill.
  5. Cook for 20-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
