Grilled Swordfish with Salsa

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 2 orange or yellow tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Combine tomatoes, salsa, and lime juice, and cool in refrigerator.
  2. Heat grill to medium.
  3. Brush swordfish with oil, lightly season with salt and pepper, and place on grill.
  4. Cook about 12 minutes, turning once, until it is opaque throughout and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Top swordfish with salsa before serving.
