12 oz. Healthy Balance Pomegranate Cranberry cocktail
½ cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup low fat or sugar free vanilla yogurt
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen is fine)
5 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Makes two nice sized servings and keeps you going all day!
