Healthy Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is the basis for creating your own specialized concoction. Add your own favorite fruits, and try different combinations. No matter which fruits you choose, it is sure to be delicious and nutritious!
- 2 cups frozen fruit (e.g. strawberries, peaches, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup fruit juice (e.g. orange juice, apple juice)
- ice (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- If necessary, add additional juice or ice to reach desired consistency.
