Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

16oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
2 1/2 cups reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
2 Tbsp. chives or green onions, chopped

Directions:

1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dressing mix, and chives.
2. Shape the mixture into a ball.
3. Roll ball in pecan pieces until covered.
4. Cover cheese ball, and refrigerate overnight.
