Independence Day Trifle

  • 1 large package blue Jell-O
  • 1 large package red Jell-O
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 3 cups Angel Food Cake, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cups fresh blueberries


  • Make Jell-O according to package directions, and pour each type into its own rectangular pan to cool.
  • Chill Jell-O until firm, then cut into small squares.
  • Place blue Jell-O cubes at the bottom of a glass trifle dish.
  • Spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip over top.
  • Next, add the Angel Food Cake, then the strawberry slices.
  • Add another 1/3 of the Cool Whip.
  • Add red Jell-O, remaining Cool Whip, and then top with the blueberries.
