Lemon Orzo Pilaf

  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cook orzo in a large saucepan according to package directions.
  2. Drain and return to saucepan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, and toss to combine.
  4. Serve alongside your favorite dish.
