Parmesan Poppyseed Sticks

  • Phyllo dough
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Poppy seeds
  • Paremsan cheese, grated finely


  1. Stack 4 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with a thin layer of olive oil, and sprinkling Parmesan cheese over top.
  2. Cut stack into 3/4 inch strips, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle poppy seeds over top.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes, until they are light brown.
