Pasta Shells with Sausage and Broccoli

  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. white-wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 crowns broccoli
  • 8 oz. medium shell pasta
  • 2 precooked turkey sausages, cut into 1/4 inch slices


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Steam broccoli while pasta is cooking.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high, and add sausage; cook 4 minutes, or until browned.
  4. Add broccoli, vinegar, and garlic, and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add pasta and oil to mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, toss until combined, and serve immediately.
