Peanut Butter Granola Snack

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries or cranberries


  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together honey, peanut butter, and butter until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat, and stir in cereal, oats, and dried fruit.
  3. Drop mixture by the spoonful into mini paper cupcake liners.
  4. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and refrigerate until set (about 15 minutes).
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerate up to one week.
