2 ripe avocados
1/2 small white onion, diced
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. lime juice (adds flavor and prevents browning)
1/2 tsp. garlic
1. Peel avocados and remove pits.
2. Mash avocados in a medium sized bowl until there are no large chunks.
3. Add remaining ingredients (salt to taste), and mix well.
4. Serve or refrigerate immediately (the avocado pit can also be put into the guacamole bowl to help prevent browning) .
