Pomegranate Jelly

  • 3 1/2 cups 100% Pure Pomegranate juice
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 box Sure-Jell


  1. In a large saucepan, mix juice and Sure Jell.
  2. Bring to a boil on high heat.
  3. Add sugar all at once, and bring to a roaring boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil 1 minute.
  5. Ladle into jars, and wipe lids of jars.
  6. Put lids on jars, invert for 5 minutes, then turn upright.
  7. Check seal after 1 hour.
