Quick Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 C. red wine vinegar
  • 2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t. fresh ground black pepper
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 1 C. extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, whisk everything except olive oil.
  2. Then, whisk in olive oily slowly till well blended.
  3. Refrigerate before and after serving.
