Raspberry Asparagus

  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 8 oz. low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced


  1. Steam asparagus until tender and bright green.
  2. In a small saucepan, stir together yogurt and lemon juice over medium heat until warm.
  3. Place asparagus on a serving plate and spoon the sauce over top before serving.
