Sautéed Spinach

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 bunches flat-leaf spinach, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to brown.
  3. Raise heat to high, and gradually add spinach.
  4. Cook spinach 3-4 minutes, until tender.
  5. Drain liquid from skillet; add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
