Sesame Ginger Chicken

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds


  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, combine chicken with lemon juice and soy sauce.
  2. Add honey and stir to melt.
  3. Add paprika, pepper, ginger, and sesame oil, stirring until well combined.
  4. Cook chicken until it is no longer pink in the center.
  5. Turn heat up slightly and simmer chicken, stirring frequently until the liquids are reduced and thickened.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
