Simple Grilled Snapper

  • 1 1/2 lbs. red snapper fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika


  1. Combine orange juice, lime juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
  2. Dip each fillet into the mixture and coat well.
  3. Grill over medium heat, five minutes on each side, or until opaque all the way through.
