Snow Peas with Pinenuts

  • 1/2 pound snow peas, rinsed, tips cut off
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add all ingredients to skillet, and stir until coated with oil.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat, and serve immediately.
