Spicy Nachos

  • 5 oz. baked tortilla chips
  • 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered


  1. Heat broiler, and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place tortilla chips evenly on baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over chips.
  4. Evenly sprinkle cilantro, avocado, tomatoes, and jalapeño over chips; top with remaining cheese.
  5. Broil until cheese is melted and begins to bubble (about 3-5 minutes).
  6. Serve immediately.
