Stovetop Lemon Chicken

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, and flour; coat chicken pieces in this mixture.
  3. Cook chicken in olive oil until cooked throughout.
  4. Add lemon juice and garlic, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until chicken is slightly browned.
