Tempting Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • Tilapia fillets
  • Healthy Balance Cranberry Raspberry juice

Directions:

1. Soak tilapia fillets in Healthy Balance Cranberry Raspberry juice.

2. Poach in juice about 4 minutes on each side, until done.

3. Serve with sliced mango over rice.
