Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Rinse pumpkin seeds, and remove excess pulp.
  2. Lay seeds out on paper towel to dry overnight.
  3. Spread seeds out onto a baking sheet.
  4. Spray seeds with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 250-300 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let seeds cool, then enjoy!
