1 lb. ground lean turkey
10-12 tortillas or taco shells
1 avocado, pitted and diced
1 tomato, diced
1 c. lettuce, chopped or shredded
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
1. Brown turkey in a large skillet.
2. Add seasonings and onion; cook until onion is translucent.
3. Scoop meat into taco shells or tortillas.
4. Top with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and cheese.
