Veggies with Sesame-Ginger Dressing

  • 2 cups fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Sesame-Ginger Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated


  1. Whisk dressing ingredients together, and set aside.
  2. Steam broccoli and green beans.
  3. Mix vegetables with dressing.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
