Yogurt Fruit Dip

  • 8oz vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg


  1. Whisk together yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Sprinkle nutmeg over top.
  3. Serve with fruit, such as apples, pears, melons, and grapes.
