- 1 can 15 oz chick peas, drained, keeping 1/3 cup liquid
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high speed.
- Blend until smooth.
Serve with pita wedges, vegetables or chips.
