Simple Hummus

  • 1 can 15 oz chick peas, drained, keeping 1/3 cup liquid
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high speed.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Serve with pita wedges, vegetables or chips.
