Summer Strawberry Zesty Lemon Pops!

  1. In a large pitcher, stir together the lemonade concentrate and water.
  2. Place strawberries & lemon zest into a blender, and puree until smooth. Pour in some of the lemonade if necessary to facilitate blending.
  3. Stir strawberry puree into the lemonade.
  4. Pour into molds, and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

**If you do not have molds, you can use dixie cups.
