Roasted Asparagus with Cranberry Reduction

  1. Coat the asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in your oven for 15 min at 350 degrees or until fork tender. 
  2. For the sauce, boil cranberry juice with honey and cinnamon stick. Once it reduced to half the amount, pick & remove the cinnamon stick. 
  3. Serve asparagus with cranberry reduction spooned on top.
