1. Crush the graham cracker sheets into a fine crumb and then mix with the melted butter and brown sugar; set aside.
2. In a blender or food processor puree together the Old Orchard Berry Blend Juice, cream cheese, water, and vanilla extract.
3. Place a spoonful of the graham cracker “crust” mixture in the bottom of each paper cup. Carefully pour 4oz of the berry cheesecake mixture in and then top it with one more spoonful of graham cracker mixture. Freeze for one hour and then insert a popsicle stick in the middle of each pop. Freeze until solid.
