Hash Browns

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 small potatoes
  • Dash of pepper
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. diced ham
  • 2 slices American cheese


  1. Heat oil in frying pan.
  2. Shred the potatoes and add to pan.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook until golden brown on bottom.
  5. Add onion and ham; flip potatoes over in pan.
  6. Continue to cook on medium heat until golden brown throughout.
  7. Top with cheese and allow it to melt.
