Cranberry Jelly

  • 2 cups Old Orchard Cranberry juice
  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisens
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Add any additional fruits


  1. Boil cranberries and sugar in juice for about 5 minutes, until most the cranberries split.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Let it cool and place in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
