Cherry Cordial Cake

  • 1/2 cup Old Orchard Wild Cherry 100% Juice
  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 1 box of cherry jell-o
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1 whole jar of maraschino cherries
  • 1 package of semi-sweet bakers chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk


  1. Blend cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, jell-o, and cherry juice.
  2. Chop half of the cherries to your preference (large chunks/fine) – add cherries to mix.
  3. Place in cake pan and bake on 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  4. During the latter part of the cake baking melt down bakers chocolate and condensed milk together in a pan on medium high heat. The chocolate glaze mix should never boil – it will cool very quickly.
  5. Immediately after the cake is pulled out of the oven, before cooling, pour glaze over cake.
  6. Use the other half of the cherries as a garnish!
