Fruit and Veggie Daily Smoothie (mom & 2 year old approved)

All measurements are approximate, alter to your taste.

  • 1 cup of Old Orchard Fruit and Veggie Juice
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana (I use frozen ones)
  • 1-2 whole carrots (washed and ends cut off)
  • 1-2 cups of fresh spinach greens
  • 1/2 – 1 cup of any frozen or fresh fruit (I like the frozen mixed berries)


Add all of your ingredients to the blender. If you did not add any frozen fruit, add some ice cubes. You may need to add more juice or liquid depending on the quantities off solid ingredients added above. To thicken you can add more ice.

Enjoy! This is a great way to sneak in more veggies for you and your family (my 2 year old loves it)
