Baked Apples

  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Old Orchard Apple Juice
  • 2 Honey Crisp Apples (Peeled and Cored)
  • 6 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. Place cored apples in a baking dish. Pour the apple juice over the apples.
  3. Put 1 Tbsp. Butter, 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar inside each apple. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar on top, and place the remaining butter in the dish.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve over ice cream.
