Crisp Apple Sauce

Contributed by okabowgee

  • 4-5 apples
  • A splash of apple juice

  1. Peel apples and dice.
  2. Dump apples and enough juice to cover the bottom of a large saucepan.
  3. Simmer on stove, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the apple chunks are mostly gone but still visible, remove from heat.

Eat hot or cold! The apples in your sauce should have a “crisp” crunch!
