Crisp Apple Sauce

* 4-5 apples
* A splash of Old Orchard 100% Apple Juice
# Peel apples and dice.
# Dump apples and enough juice to cover the bottom of a large saucepan.
# Simmer on stove, stirring occasionally.
# Once the apple chunks are mostly gone but still visible, remove from heat.
Eat hot or cold! The apples in your sauce should have a "crisp" crunch!
