Crisp Apple Sauce

- 4-5 apples
- A splash of apple juice
- Peel apples and dice.
- Dump apples and enough juice to cover the bottom of a large saucepan.
- Simmer on stove, stirring occasionally.
- Once the apple chunks are mostly gone but still visible, remove from heat.
Eat hot or cold! The apples in your sauce should have a “crisp” crunch!
