Cheesy Bacon “Fun-due”

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • Wheat Thins Original Crackers


  1. MELT butter in medium saucepan on medium heat; stir in flour.
  2. Cook and stir 2 min. Whisk broth and lemon juice; bring to a boil.
  3. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. ADD cheeses and bacon; stir until cheeses are melted
  6. SERVE with crackers.
