Quick Quiche

  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Green Onion Bunch
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Saute the mushrooms, green onions, spinach and butter until soft.
  2. Add Worcestershire, lemon juice and salt. Simmer 5 min, while stirring.
  3. Beat eggs in large bowl with sour cream, set aside.
  4. When the filling mixture is finished sauteing, mix in with the eggs/sour cream mixture. Stir till blended, and pour in pie crust.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
