Chocolate Mint Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Andes® mints

Directions:
Cream shortening, margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to other mixture. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Place mint on hot cookies when removed from oven. Let soften, then spread.
