How can I use my stability ball?
Exercising with a stability ball is an excellent way to increase your core strength. Many traditional exercises can be performed on a stability ball including squats, chest press, pullovers, bicep curls, tricep extension and abdominals. Any exercise that you would normally do sitting on the end of a bench, can be done while sitting on the stability ball. Also, any exercise done lying on a flat bench can be done on a stability ball. For instance, a dumbbell chest press, which is normally done on a flat bench, can be modified to do while lying with your head and neck supported by the ball. The important thing to remember while doing this is to keep your hips elevated so that your body is in a straight line.Login to Favorite
