Old Orchard has been blending fruit juices to perfection since 1985. Our backyard is BEER CITY, USA in the greater Grand Rapids, Michigan area. We supply craft juice concentrates to some of the biggest names in craft beverage—ranging from beer, cider, and wine, to seltzer, spirits, mead, and kombucha. Our craft concentrates are packed with the good stuff: real fruit, natural flavors, and no added sugars. Because our bottled and frozen juice blends are produced in high volumes for international distribution, we pass on BIG savings to bulk customers due to economies of scale. Whether you’re looking for your first fruit ingredient partner, or just switching from a previous supplier, Old Orchard can ensure a smooth transition.

Our proprietary craft concentrate blends combine multiple juice concentrates with natural flavors to create a value-added, enhanced flavor profile at a discounted price. Payment Methods

Payment terms are net 20 days from shipment if paying by check, or immediately by credit card. To be approved for credit terms, please create an account then submit a credit application (which may take several weeks to process). For ACH/EFT payments, we can provide banking information upon request.

Shipping Options

We are working towards delivered pricing options for our checkout page. In the meantime, please review our shipping options and select your preferred method at checkout (Brew Movers, Personal Pickup, or Arrange Your Own Carrier). Most of our customers select Brew Movers, which requires an order of 2+ pails or 1+ drum.

Please note: our lead time is 10 business days, and all orders ship from our facility at 1991 Twelve Mile Rd, Sparta, MI, 49345. Product is perishable and must be returned to fridge or freezer storage upon delivery (we recommend short transit times).

TERMS & CONDITIONS (ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK):

Old Orchard requires refrigerated transport for our perishable concentrates, but you can select your shipping options at your discretion. By ordering from Old Orchard, you acknowledge the following terms and conditions for shipping each order:

That, in absence of refrigerated transport, shorter transit times are preferable.
That ship dates early in the week are recommended in order to decrease risk of weekend delays.
That transit times are estimates only; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
That Old Orchard concentrates ship FOB Sparta, and Old Orchard is not responsible for any shipments that become lost, spoiled, or otherwise damaged in transit. Orders are nonrefundable. We encourage you or Brew Movers to file a claim with the carrier for the value of your order.
That claims filed with the carrier by Brew Movers can take up to 120 days to process before you receive a refund from the carrier. To arrange a replacement order while waiting for claim processing, you would need to place and pay for a new order from Old Orchard.
